Posting Jobs
Employers can post either standard or premium job listings. Additionally, employers can also specify the location of advertised position by marking it on a map (India only).

Manage Posts
Employers can Edit or Delete their previous job posts all from one place.

Browse resumes
Employers can browse resumes submitted by the job Seekers or search resumes using various different fields.

Resume Email Alerts
Employers can create alerts which are sent via email to alert of new job seekers entering the system. Employers can specify their alerts to be triggered by specific keyword(s).

Resume can be made anonymous or public
Job seekers can make their personal details private (Anonymous). This feature encourages users to submit their resume without the worrying about their current employer learning about their intentions.

Job Email Alerts
Job Seekers can create alerts which are sent via email to alert of new jobs that are posted. Job Seekers can specify to have alerts to be triggered by specific keyword(s).

Save jobs
Jobs are saved into a personal area, and users can apply for the jobs later.
